By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
You can generally use our website without revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself. By giving us your name and personal details you consent for them to be used as necessary in processing your booking and complying with legal requirements (e.g. passing guest information to end suppliers for hotel transfers). Bookings are confirmed once our team contacts you to verify availability. A booking request alone does not guarantee your place — confirmation is sent by our team via email or WhatsApp.
Prices are listed per person and include all items described in the program. Please ensure the number of guests and program selected are accurate at the time of booking.
Children's pricing is based on age at the time of the tour: Adults (10+), Children 6–9, Children 4–5, and Under 3. Please indicate ages at booking so we can apply the correct rates.
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or weather conditions beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp or email so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Phuket Elephant Park reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.
Accident insurance is included for all guests on every tour. However, guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Phuket Elephant Park, its staff, and its guides accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.
By booking, guests acknowledge that they are visiting an environment with live animals and agree to follow all safety instructions given by guides at all times. Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in removal from the tour without refund.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, hotel costs, or other travel-related expenses arising from a tour cancellation or rescheduling.
